What data we process
Only what you send us by email: your name, email address, company, the content of your message and, where applicable, any photographs or links you share. This website uses no forms and no analytics tools.
Why we process it
To answer your enquiry and, if you ask us to, prepare a demo or a proposal.
Legal basis
Your consent when you write to us (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, where applicable, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Retention
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, afterwards, for the periods required by law. Pending: define a specific period.
Recipients
We do not share data with third parties unless required by law. Pending: name the email and web hosting providers, and state whether any international data transfers take place.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hello@northvision.studio. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
